SMT Nocturne random slowdown

hi everyone this is my first time ever posting here and im new to pcsx2 so here's my probleme(btw english is not my first language so plz bare with me) :
so i just started SMT nocturne last night and it ran pretty good for the like an hour or two than just like that the fps drops randomly and it just stays like that and after i stop playing for some time when i go back the game runs just fine again, and again after an hour or so same thing the fps just drops from 60 to 30ish and i don't know how to fix this i searched the internet for hours and nothing, here my laptop info :

Because your laptop is weak (just like me), and heats up after several minutes. All you can do is:
*Set your power plan to high performance
*Update your drivers if needed
*Turn on MTUV
*Using OGL is helpful in most cases
*Don't use heavy graphic options(GSDX settings)
I won't promise all of your games run at full speed, but at least it will use your laptop's max power.
