[SOLVED] Graphics do not change regardless of settings
#1
Hello,

I'm trying to emulate Dragon Quest 8, but the in-game graphics are very pixellated and blurry, despite having the resolution set to 6x native. No matter what I change this value to, the graphics look the same - native, 2x native, 6x native...and they all look pretty bad. I get a constant 60 FPS at these settings, but I don't understand why I'm not getting any graphic improvements. Help would be appreciated,

Thanks

EDIT:
CPU: AMD Phenom x4 965 Black Edition (3.4ghz)
GPU: MSI GTX 460 Cyclone 1GB
Memory: 4GB DDR3
OS: Windows 7 64-bit

PCSX2 version: 0.9.8

GSDX config: http://i55.tinypic.com/29zsfp4.png

With these settings, the game looks like this: http://i52.tinypic.com/2lmlxjc.png

You're looking at the prerendered intro video. It can't be enhanced in any way.
Start a new game and you'll see the actual graphics are a lot better than that.
