PCSX2 running at 60fps means the game is running at (about) 30 fps. Wink

If PCSX2 is running at 30fps, the game is running at 15 fps.

My ask was not if I can actually play those games on my PC, but yes about what minimum hardware I would need to get to make playable in a decent form.

trust me, you don't want to play them @ 30 fps Laugh

get a sandy bridge cpu + a dedicated video card (low range should be enough if you want to play those games in native)
and you should be good
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

The higher the number, the better it will perform with emulators

The gpu is also important but not as much as the cpu
And yes,2gb or ram is too small for Win7...let alone x64
Currently I'm not doing anything special and the used ram is 2.4gb(Win7 x64 Ultimate)
Edit:What the...I guess I counted it wrong, the used ram is 4.4GB(firefox is using 1.8gb of ram)

Great information. Thanks a lot, vsub. Very handy to when I buy a new PC, I always think that video graphic card was more important xD that information about the ram usage on simply tasking below my morality aand optimistic to the ground ?hahaha
