SSSE3 or SSE4.1?

Wich one is better? My CPU supports both of them but I really don't know. I'm playing with SSE4.1 and speed-wise it doesn't seems to be a lot of difference. I'm just curious.

I don't think it make any difference at all, but I use SSSE3 (which is the highest my CPU supports)

SSE4. But the optimizations are pretty minor...SSE4 is used by the pcsx2 exe more than in GSdx though,where it gives a better speed boost (it auto detects if you have it and uses it)
