According to the user here if you set the clamping for the EE/FPU to "Nearest" this resolves the issues with the characters going off the screen/being invisible.

I won't change the status until the next test is done, but this should solve any outstanding issues.

I hope I can post this here since it relates to testing. I made a video of some gameplay footage here. EE Round Mode "Nearest".

Only issue that remains is occasionally resolution gets funky (1:51 in video). Usually only happens 0-5x a race.

You need to explain the comment. It doesn't make much sense currently.

The bug needs clarification too. Does it exist in Software mode and Hardware mode? Do any settings affect it?

And the Status note "(if fast hardware)" should be added to Comments section, and it should be expanded by telling us if your hardware is considered fast enough for the game. And if it does have performance issues, does it affect Hardware mode(with default settings), Software mode or both?
