RAM: 4 GB DDR3
Graphic card: Ati radeon HD 4850

Anyone know how to fix this ?

I think you are using some old pcsx2 or having too many speedhacks. Using the latest beta, I don't have that graphic issue in hardware mode.
AMD Athlon II 245 @ 3.55ghz, 9600GT @730mhz 1115mhz, vista sp2 32bit
