This has been a problem for me on multiple computers with the same ISO. Game runs fine and at full speed even during the skippy cutscenes. I have an I9-9900k and a 3080 so it's definitely not my specs and as I said this has been a persisting issue on other machines. This isn't a combo ISO that people usually use for Musou games just a dump of Xtreme Legends.
