Save State editor

Hi, If someone uploaded their Japanese version of Final Fantasy XII (original not Zodiac Job System) to PCSX2 and want a save file editor so they can fight Omega Mark XII right away instead of having to redo the whole game again, is there such a save state editor or a download save state link? Please help
