Save configs?
#1
Most of my games need some things reconfigured after switching to them from another game and it gets tedious to remember what each game needs to run properly and look its best. Is there not a way to save configs and other emulation settings and load them individually? Even better, you could even assign a config to an .iso so it gets loaded everytime you have that .iso selected.

According to its thread, it hasn't been updated in 2 years. Should it still work with the latest git revisions of PCSX2?

Yes, but take note of the warning about image scraping and turn that off.

Yup, saw that. I don't use GameFaqs anyway.

Turn it off anyway, it's not nice to hammer their server.

Hm, it's pretty tedious as well. Complains about "the configured GS plugin file was not found" when I go to setup a game's settings and then I have to go through and reset everything before I start working on the plugins and settings specific to the game.

Works perfectly fine for me.

My suggestion for you is to simply put the pcsx2 plugins in c:\pcsx2\plugins. And each time you get a new copy, put the plugins in there, rather than the default directory. Then just point PCSX2Bonus to there, and it'll automatically update each time. Rather than having to point to a different plugin directory every time per version. (Doing it the manual way would be very annoying if you have more than 10 games. As you'd have to update each game individually then).

That is my default directory. C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.2.1\plugins

Nevermind, I guess the PCSX2 data directory is the main folder, as above. I used the PCSX2 folder in documents as the data folder earlier but apparently that's no longer how it works with the git revision I got last night. It's all contained in the PCSX2 folder under program files now I guess.
