Also possible that the memory card was ejected through PCSX2. Try re-attaching them and loading again.

I copied the save file from memory card 1 to memory card 2 , i tried to load the save from memcard 2 in hackGU . there's nothing there . What the hell !!

Welp. Sounds like corruption then somehow.

Was it saving your game during the stuttery moment? (or loading)
