Sorry, stupid of me, I have NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M as adapter, yes.

Renderer: Direct3D9
Interlacing: Auto
...
^^ everything else CHECKED except "Edge Anti-aliasing"

EDIT: Just tried with the High Performance setting, fps dropped a few dozens but somehow reduced the Slow-Motion to 50%. However, still unplayable.

uncheck everything you had checked and use D3D11.

Goodnews my friend! It worked!

I did as you said:

1. High Performance battery setting.
2. Unchecked all.
3. Switched Direct3D9 to Direct3D11.

Voilá! It works perfectly, 50 fps. With no apparent bugs or issues yet.

I don't know how to thank you, you showed me the light. Even though I'll have to spend a lot of energy on the game and possibly frying my nuts, it's worth it. LOL

I will let you all know if some issues come along, until then it's all good.
