even with my CPU at 4.4 Ghz benchmarked at 16428 its still too slow to run

CPU : I9 7980EX OC at 3.4GHZ
Motherboard: ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME
GPU : Nvidia Titan V
RAM : 128 GB
OS:Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
