Scarface running slow and buggy help

hello, can someone help me to run scarface the world is yours properly? currently is it running slow around 20 fps and the visuals are very buggy. my specs are windows 10, fx 8350 4.5ghz r9 390 and 8gb ram.

every other game i tried playing worked perfectly at the games frame rate with no drops and no graphic bugs.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
