Hello people,

I have a huge problem with ScpToolkit drivers. My controller starts working but at some point after a few minutes sometimes seconds or sometimes (if i'm lucky) after restarting PC it stopps working without any alerts or something like that.

https://i.gyazo.com/9bf8165b1d92b4186e75...ba2ba3.png

Numbers like in the pic above always increasing on monitor window. When controller stops working, it stops increasing aswell. Tried different versions, tried restarting my PS3 Dualshock controller or uninstalling all the drivers formatting pc nothing worked. I'm using it via wired connection, tried different cable aswell but nothing worked.

I hope someones knows the solution, i would be really happy.
Well done, you managed to do what exactly? You made it worse compared to the original, just download scarlett's version as it is still superior, yea it doesnt have a fancy gui but also no stupid messages/nag screens/horrible uninstall process.
For those of you having connection problems after restarting you computers, make sure the ds3 process is in fact running (use task manager, go to the processes tab and click the "D" key) because sometimes Windows doesn't start the process automatically (after reboots it's pretty much granted it doesn't)
Nefarius,

I registered here just to pay homage. My wireless logitech quit working on me, and the wired one I bought to replace it didn't have a Rumble feature. I went to MicroCenter where I originally bought teh wireless, but the only thing they had with rumble that claimed PC compatibility was a "Armor3" DS4 USB controller with touchpad.

I don't care about the touchpad, and I'm rather glad it doesn't work, but thanks to your do-hicky I can now fish in FFXIV again while watching PornHu--I mean, YouTube videos... Vibration now works flawlessly after installation.

I just have to ask, though, why worst pony?

This is infuriating I should of known better than to install anything other then the original scarlet crush program. I can't get this scptoolkit crap out of my drivers damn program is immortal I swear, driverwipe utility packaged with it didn't work. The square, triangle etc buttons are basically mapped incorrectly in this window https://puu.sh/ApaUs/fcee3b4c47.png the wired controller is the faulty setup that has X calibrated as button 2 square is button 1. I dont like this change from my old ps3 controller button 1 should be X and 2 should be circle.

I tried installing just DS4 by itself which resulted in that XBOX 360 setup in the window which is correctly mapped but I can't seem to get rid of the Wireless controller setup which is that faulty mapping. leaving it there presses both buttons at the same time although pso2 only seems to pick up the faulty setup haven't tried any other games yet. I also tried removing the drivers with the device manager but It seem to only either erase the working driver or both at the same time and then the wireless controller setup just auto reinstalls itself whenever I plug the controller back in
Still unable to use the SCP driver for PS3 controllers and still have my USB DDR pad work. Buttons register as POV directions instead of buttons, which makes diagonals impossible. How can I selectively revert to the generic Windows drivers for a specific device?
