Screen and sound lagging and tearing

Nope,it is pretty stable.You were not describing the issue properly,you meant macroblocking on videos.This issue was fixed in 0.9.5 beta,thus also fixed in the newer playground code which was based off 0.9.5 beta.
Full screen in dx10 gsdx->Alt+Enter

Thanks, there are still some graphical (for instance shadows covering whole polygons) and sound glitches (when people walk, it sounds like they got squeaky boots, a bit annoying, also it slightly stutters), but nothing i cant ignore.
Wouldnt mind if you know why though.

But dirge of cerberus is still unplayable, the videos are split into thousands of boxes and sound stutters along.

If this is just due to compatibility, i can survive with FF12 for now though.

Yes it is not compatible,as you can easily see from the conpatibility list on www.pcsx2.net.
About squeaky sounds,known bug with spu2ghz,use another sound plugin (many threads about it,a quick search would answer your question in a matter of seconds)
