Screen flickering

Hi,

I have just gotten PCSX2 1.4.0 today. But when i launch it and it opens up the configure window, my entire screen starts flickering to black for a second then flicks back to normal at random intervals, sometimes fast or sometimes slow. Not sure what the problem could be i have a laptop with a 60hz screen and here are a bit of my specs: 

Processor Intel® Core™ i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz, 2208 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
Graphics card 1: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Graphics card 2: Intel® UHD Graphics 630

I'm fairly certain that PCSX2 1.4.0 is using the NVIDIA graphics card

So any tips?

Make sure your drivers are up to date and download a dev build (1.5) as 1.4 is quite old at this stage and 1.6 will release "soon".

Use the Nvidia control panel and set the exe of PCSX2 to use your 1050Ti instead of the iGPU. Try that and see what happens when you open it.
