Screen saver & power saving

Hi guys !

I remember since 0.9.2, Screen saver / Power saving are disabled when running PCSX2.

However, it seems this functionnality has been lost between svn rev 1374 and now.
I played whithout troubles with r1374,but since i've compiled r1479 my screen saver isn't disabled while playing pcsx2.

Use Lilypad controller plugin and activate the disable screensaver option, however if you have a setting such as "ask for password when returning from screensaver" in your screensaver options it will be ignored and the screensaver will still run.
