Screen tearing - V-Sync

Hi there, I'm testing the new 2.0 version on my PC

Is there a way to set V-Sync on? Because I'm getting screen tearing on all games. The frame breaks around the middle of the screen. 
Windowed or borderless full screen. At 3x resolution (1080p), Vulkan. 

My CPU is an Intel i7 8700K
GPU: NVidia 1660Ti
16gb RAM


(I tried forcing V-sync for pcsx2.exe on the Nvidia Control Panel, but no change)

Under Settings > Emulation > (near the bottom left) Vertical Sync (VSync)
