Honestly, I think this is a bit of a hard task for you. Keep playing DBZ BK3 on your PS2 for now, and try learning some basics by reading some posts in our forums.
Trying to help yourself will be the best way to get solid global knowledge

I don't have ps2,i had,but it was 6 years ago
and i really want to play it again
i just don't want anything bad installed on my computer,im trying to keep it clean and safe ;/

You can't legally use PCSX2 if you don't own a PS2, therefore you can't receive support here.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
