Yes i tryed the seting and restarted my pc just to make sure it took and it still dident work.

Allso When i made the .iso of the game i checked to make sure if the data was damaged. Its a good .iso file. I realy dont know whats wrong with it.

a.) i have no idea what UAC is.
b.) the account i am on atm in win 7 is the admin account.

do some research on UAC then, it will make alot of your problems more clear

here's 7's level system for accounts, you need one of the last 2:

guest
limited user
admin
admin credentials
SYSTEM

Ok i turned it off but i wasent geting warnings to begin with when i used PCSX2

i ment game pad just like the one in ps2 but for pc try your mouse but the start button as the right clik

if i had the equipment i could take this old x-box remote and hook a usb 2.0 male end on it.
