Setting for a stable fps

I don't think my stuff is optimized, it would be ideal actually if it is however I have no idea how. xD

The default setting for pcsx2 should be fine without the above issue. You need to optimize your hardwares and os.

set windows power plan to performance mode and make sure you aren't running on batteries
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
