Setting up PCSX2 on Visual Studio 2013?

Is there a guide for it? I've been learning C++ constantly for almost a month and I really would like to tinker around with PCSX2, even though I doubt I'll be able to help with the development.

File>Open>Project/Solution

Then find the PCSX2 solution file.
