Shadow Hearts 2 Flickering cutscenes

When cutscenes are playing the screen starts flickering due to subtitles issue.

Is there a fix other than disabling subtitles to by pass this flickering?

It's like the same issue Shadow Hearts 1 had, but that could be by passed with Save state / load state to stable it in HWmode.

Try "switch to SW mode while playing FMV" hacks from manual hacks settings in core options - worked for flickering issue in Shadow Hearts 1. Eventually press F9 to enable SWmode for cutscenes.
