yeah you can also change that in the gsdx gui if you added the allow hacks option usually just using upscaling makes it look better though, there is also a built in FXAA if you use the "Page Up" key to enable it

ok how high does the msaa go. just 1 to turn it on and is it usable in Direct3D 11 (hardware mode)

I think it can go to 32 (or whatever your video card can support), you will most-likely see a huge speed hit using anything higher then 4
