Shadow of the Colossus Help?

Just installed PCSX2 1.0.0 on my PC and when I try and play SOTC, it always lags. Is there some settings I should put or what?

PC Specs:
Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X4 965 3.40GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR3
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (1024 MB)

SotC is known for lagging even powerful PCs. set VU skip to max and you shouldn't have any issues. (this is the ONLY game where this seems to not be harmful to gameplay)
