no thats not true.....8350 is far too low on STR number....thus 8350 is still lose to my new and old i5's scores at 2100+ STR number

The FX 8350 (Piledriver) is simply to weak when it comes to single-threaded execution to handle this game. Only AMD CPUs that can play it at fullspeed are the Ryzen series. There's a guy on YouTube who has a video showing fullspeed in Hardware renderer.

Thank you for your help. I guess this is it. its all about CPU and single thread executions, which seems to be more important than the GPU itself. And as SmartStrike said, FX8350 is weak in Single threading. This affect the game in a negative way because old applications cannot use multi threads..

-kinda offtopic:
it wonder that FX-8350 works well on rpcs3 it's uses all the cores and it's a x64 emulator....but my 2 i5s can compile up to 4 PPU module windows...that FX-8350 can go up to 8 compile PPU module windows....but FX-8350 has no SHA-256....while ryzen has SHA-256.

Even in RPCS3 I'd take any 4 core i7, starting with the 2600, over an 8350. In almost every case it'll perform better.
