I have a gtx 1070, 8gb of ram and a Amd Ryzen 2600 and set the game to 3x but the game keeps on slowing down and dropping frames. Is my PC to weak or is this game really hard to run.

This game can be really hard to run.
Up vucyle stealing speed hack a bit should help you
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
