Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne [NTSC] keeps freezing PCSX2 1.2.1

Hi

I'm trying to play Nocturne on 1.2.1 but the game keeps freezing before the combat result screen (where you get exp, makka, etc.). The combat music keeps playing but the screen goes freezes, still displaying the last frame of combat, and stays frozen. The log gets literally flooded with TLB Miss errors:

This is weird because I have played Nocturne before and it was completely fine then. No emulation settings seem to have any effect on this, however if I reboot the game (fast) at this point, the TLB Miss log gets shorter the next time it freezes. After a few crash-reboot cycles the game suddenly runs completely fine. This is incredibly annoying and time consuming. No, my disc image is fine, it worked fine before. No, I am not using cheats and I am not using savestates.

I'm running Windows 10 with GTX 750 and a dual core 3,2GHz CPU.

Please post the full emulog.text.
Tried running directly from original DVD ?

I'll try to dig out my DVD, in the meantime I tried to mount the disc image in Windows itself and run that image via cddvdGigaherz. The game ran fine, but froze some twenty minutes later when I tried to save the game (selected save, screen went blank and stayed blank).

Don't mount the disc. Just use the internal ISO loader.

The ISO loader is what I did first and it generated the TLB miss spam. Mounting the disc is what I tried after posting the thread and it silently froze before saving.

You can't know what may happen in 2 years.
Try with your original disc

Nocturne works with 1.2.1, I've personally ran it in that. It's almost certainly gotta be the rip.
