I meant the game is European and I can't seem to find action replay or gameshark cheats because of it being a European game.

Can you maybe give me the game id? Something like SCES_539.31.. It can be found in the console after you loaded the game. Or you just copy paste the whole emulog after you loaded the game and I look by myself.

TLB miss means that the cheats are bad.

You just have to search through the net... look for gameshark, exploder and action replay codes... something you will find earlier or later.
