I get this little hitch a lot. It's the only thing I can't fix. It doesn't seem to matter the game or the settings, so I'm thinking it's not a pcsx2 problem? Maybe has to do with other software, drivers, or hardware? I've heard this happens when you read from disc, but I am using isos. Would it help if I put pcsx2 and/or my isos on my ssd? Any other ideas? Thanks.

How old/what model is the HDD you are using? The data may just not be able to get fetched in a timely manner, which is why you may get hitches.
