There's no way to make your i5-4210 processor play that game well without any decent Single threaded performance. better keep playing it on your AMD laptop.

The i5 4210U has a STP of 1500. WTF are you talking about?

oops, I happened to take the value of sample instead of single threaded performance. I should edit my post and clear the misunderstanding.

Also, I was able to get Xenosaga to run perfectly by rebooting my laptop..

*Fluid movements
*No out-of-sync cutscenes (there is a little lag, but it remains in sync)

also, make sure to set windows performance plan to high performance in control panel and make sure to play while plugging in your laptop to get the best out of it.
