Hmm does my laptop has enough to run games like Persona 4 and Final Fantasy with a some decent framerates?
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120503-2030)
Processor: Intel® Core i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M

Actually that cpu is only a quad core not a hexa

But it will work nicely with the MTVU hack, and yes you should be able to play those games at full frame rates for the most part. The gpu should mean you can use HW x2 without problems, but experiment for yourself

do not use HWx2(performance hit(medium))
use native
full texture filtering
no tick on 8bit texture(performance hit(very small))
off vsync(huge performance hit(huge))
EE default Vu stealing 1(mild compability hit some speed for most game)
tick all recommended speedhack except MTVU hacks(because does not help speed up much end up take cpu load higher!!!)
