I notice that screenshots will be captured in the render resolution. For example, if the resolution is 1920x1080 and the aspect ratio is 4:3, the screenshots' resolution will be 1920x1080. Shouldn't it resize the images to 4:3 like 1440x1080?
Is there any app to convert the aspect ratio of multiple images?

That's a pixel aspect ratio, not image aspect ratio. For example, there are Plasma TVs that have resolution of 1024x768 and they are native 16:9. How is that done? The pixels are not square. How you can do that? There are tools that allow you to losslessly change the pixel aspect ratio of your image/video, I think it is stored on metadata so it's really easy.

Thank you for the explanation. Anyway, I think GSDX should capture screenshots using the aspect ratio whatever it is pixel aspect ratio or image aspect ratio so the captured image looks the same as what we see on the screen. If you know the tools that can change the aspect ratio of multiple images, please let me know. Thanks.
