Silent Hill 2,3 and Origins

I want to know right off the back is if the Silent Hill games will run well to where there are no glitches with the eyes. Jak and Dexter had bugs with eyes that can only be solved by going to the software which makes the game lag. Does the Silent Hill games have the same issues?

Look up some vids on YouTube of PCSX2 footage. I think all three games are high on the compatibility scale on current revisions.
