Silent Hill 2 PAL-M6 [SLES50328] load and continue disappeared from the main menu

Hi everybody, Silent Hill 2's save is on the memory card when I check on bios, but when I run the game there's only new game in the main menu, load is disappeared. I thought the issue could be a corrupted save but on the memory card everything's fine. Everything was working fine and I was playing the game, I've saved a lot of times and I've never encountered this problem, load and continue are just disappeared. Thanks for your help, guys!

Upload and attach the actual .PS2 file in the memcards folder to here, not just copy-pasting the binary contents.

can you please post the emulog.txt ?
Check Tools > Enable File Logging. If it is already checked, ignore this step.
If you ticked the box in the above step, restart PCSX2.
Click Tools > Open Data Directory to jump to your PCSX2 folder.
Reproduce your issue.
Close PCSX2, and do not open it again.
Go back to your PCSX2 folder. Open the logs folder, and upload the emulog.txt file to this channel.
