hi. ok I have been trying a few things and cant seem to figure it out. all talking/cut scenes are super laggy and even in regular play the sounds have a strange echo and are really slow

my specs

Your CPU is too weak.
Either get an upgrade or play it on your ps2.

why on earth would you emulate silent hill 2 when there's a pc port that runs fine even on pentiums 4?!?!?! Blink'
