Silent Hill 2 vertical lines

I just downloaded Silent hill 2 director's cut and i noticed that there are 3 white vertical lines on the screen. I tryed to change all the graphic settings and to download another ISO but i can't fix this problem. I also noticed that there are so much noise (film grain) that in some youtube video's i don't see. So there is a way to remove the white lines? I putted red arrow in the screenshot so that you can see them better.
