Silent Hill 3 - Post-Proc in HW mode

I am using OpenGL HW mode and its missing a lot of the post-processing effects, which is made more clear when I switch to SW mode.

Are there any fixes for this issue?

Edit: I managed to fix the grain filter issue but now I have broken shadows, something which wasn't the case before. I've tried what is stated in the Wiki and it hasn't helped, any ideas?

Edit 2: Shadows now fixed, should've read the Wiki more clearly.

With that said, is there any way of using a custom resolution but still keeping the shadows working properly? I played SH2 on native-res but SH3s is below and looks too blurry. The 2x option cleans the games up too much.
