Silent Hill: Origins/ Video

Your MB has same overclocking window as mine, with a few subtle differences.

Reboot and get the following values for me:

Clock Ratio:

Host Clock Control:

Memory Frequency:

Vcore: (Just X.XX will be fine. No need to write all the numbers.)

EDIT:

I was doing some thinking. The flashlight slowdown sounds like a Gsdx problem. While overclock will help general performance, it might not help this.

Try enabling hacks in Gsdx plugin, and setting Skipdraw to 1. If that doesnt fix it, try setting it to 10. If still nothing, turn Gsdx hacks off.

Ambient_Malice: Guess what? We may not need to do the overclocking after all!

I saw the part in your last reply about the Gsdx plugin. I went to Video, enabled hacks, and set Skipdraw to 1. It worked!!

Now I can have Travis walk around with the flashlight on and it runs smooooooth!!

This is in Direct3D 11 hardware mode, of course. I've tried switching to software mode on-the-fly by pressing F9, but that doesn't work so well.

But hey, Skipdraw to 1 works just fine! Clear graphics plus it runs smooooooth!

Thanks!

I'm glad I could help. Bositman deserves credit for enlightening me as to what skipdraw does.
