Silent hill 3 freezing

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to say what the problem is. When running silent hill 3, i get a freeze on the opening fmv. It doesn't just freeze the game but the whole emulator.
EDIT 2: It seems to happen with all the games, I just tried God of War and Xenosaga and the same thing happened. Could it be my cpu being not powerful enough?

So, I asked this about a week ago but back then I had been using a generic found online bios which is apparently against the TOS. So I got my own bios and it seemed to work fine..without the gpu plugged in. I had some computer problems and couldn't test it for a while now that I can try again, I see that with the Gpu connected the freezing still happens. Here's my original post:

System specs: 
Cpu: Amd a8 7650k
Gpu: Radeon Rx 580 8gb
Ram: 2x 8gb ddr3 1600 mhz kingston
OS: Windows 10 home
Non-default options: The emulator tells me my system is not compatible with the avx2 gs so I'm using sse4
Playing in an iso
By the way, the game does work on 1.4
Any help would be appreciated.
