Simple Question

I know this may seem an obvious thing for some people, but I can't seem to solve my problem, and I apologize for its simplicity.

After you press Escape while running a game, how do you resume? I'm used to using ePSXe, where there's a Continue option under a Run menu, but I can't seem to find a similar option on PCSX2's interface.

Due to longtime exposure to ePSXe, I have a reflexive tendency to press the Esc button to pause, so I keep screwing myself up since I don't know how to resume.

D'oh.

Whenever I pressed that, an Open File window would pop up, so I thought that that wasn't it.
