Simpson’s hit and run cutscenes are hues of blue and all off color

Hello.  I have been having an issue with my simpsons rom. Every time a cut scene comes on, the screen glitches between regular rendered colors and blue hues. To the point where the sky is orange, and the yellow characters are blue.  Anyone have an answer on how to fix this?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

So after searching around the discussion board. I figured out how to solve the issue.
It turns out pressing F9 changes the graphics displayed and actually puts the regular color scheme in.
