I tried messing with some settings however it doesnt seem to make a difference, any advice as to what specific settings I should change? My specs are below. Using PCSX2 Nightly. Thank you Rolleyes

Hello ScabbyWitch! If you play this game on a real PS2, it runs at 25 fps in the PAL version. You can make it run at 50 fps on PCSX2 by activating a patch.
To do this, open the game. Inside the game, select the ‘Settings’ option in the top bar of the PCSX2 screen and then choose ‘Game Properties’.
Now select the ‘Patches’ tab and you'll see that there's a patch called ‘50 FPS’.
To activate it, tick the box next to ‘Activated’.
You also need to overclock the EE cycle speed. To do this, select the ‘Emulation’ option and, under ‘EE clock speed’, select ‘130% (Overclock)’.
After all this, you can close the menu by clicking on the ‘Close’ option and you'll be playing this game at 50 FPS.
I hope this helps!
