Since you told me my CPU is weak, i change to this, what do you think?

The 3230M is the model number of your cpu.
Also, a 2.6 ghz laptop i5 will not be equal to performance of a 2.6ghz desktop i5 even if they are both Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, and so on.
OS: Linux Mint 17.2 64 bit (occasional Antergos/Arch user)
(I am no longer a Windows user)
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650 Ti

ok, so when i buy another processor, i should take care of the number that comes after i5 , and it should be about 4000m to get full speed, right ?

if u buy a desktop i5 there wil be no 'm' after the number.
it is just model no. just look at the clock speed to determine which cpu is faster

You won't be able to boost with pcsx2. It puts too much stress on the cpu to do that.
