Dont mistake a desktop i5 with mobile i5 they are not the same there not even in the same ball park performance wise.
i5 labeling on mobile pc is nothing more then marketing to make people think they getting i5 performance of desktop which they do not.
To get laptop that can run most game full speed you gona windup spending 3x that which you would pay for pc desktop

hmm, i think i will keep this one, cause at least it's runing nintendo wii games at full speed, and for ps2 i will just buy a ps2 console with 100 s , thank you all

It's not about the gpu. The cpu is weak compared to yours.

Actually Nobbs GPU does matter quite alot even, even though you have a decent CPU if your GPU is crap you still won't make the 60 FPS on it. Like with most IGPs Intel Graphic card is just plain hideous for such a heavy task as PCSX2.

A 10% difference is a degligable difference at best. If this were completely cpu bound linear scaling would point to about a 6fps difference. I'm not saying that a good gpu isn't important, but PCSX2 is heavily CPU bound and we are comparing far from ideal cpu's.
