Slight lags on Persona 3 FES

Okay new problem... I was forced to update graphical drivers on my PC and ever since then I get some shadow problems in the game. With the exact same setting I had before. Some objects shadows flash on and off, seems like it's only happening to objects that are on walls. Any idea how to correct this? I tried Alpha hardware hacks but they did nothing. As usual with software mode it runs perfectly but it's just so goddamn ugly.

Downgrade your graphics drivers, the problem is with the newer Nvidia drivers not working properly, nothing we can do about it.
