Slight thingie with my Logitech f710 controller

Question
Hiya, I started using this emulator and everything is golden, except for a slight issue with mapping my controller, everything works well except if I put the analog stick in let's say a south west position, or any diagonal position it automatically goes to the left or the nearest angle, rather than the correct angle.... I'm not really good at explaining so hopefully this gif helps out with that

He will run diagonally, but for walking it either goes , north, south, west, east, instead of let's say north west. I tried playing with the deadzone and the sensitivity but no matter what values I put nothing would change it.

Here are my settings

again it's a pretty useless thing to ask about , just curious if it's fixable lol.

Edit:

It's definitely not the controller because it works perfectly on epsxe , dolphin ,and pj64, tested on zelda and final fantasy 8,conker

Diagonal movements are the sum of the orthogonal directions. I mean Northeast is the sum or north + east. Walking is moving the stick just a bit and then it might not be bypassing the deadzone.

Well, maybe you just pushed the deadzone and sensibility too far off the point.

I have the same one.
I had to use pokopom plugin to get rid of this.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

You can work around it on lilypad by increasing the sensitivity of each axis. I made a weird "fix" for that in Pokopom.

Yeah it's alot better now that I've switched to that plugin.
