Slightly lagging

Hello everyone, before I go any further here are my specs
Intel Core I3 - Quad Core 2,30ghz
6GB Ram
Ati Radeon 5650

The problem is that, the game is actually playable at 40fps+ Sometimes even hitting the maximum of 60fps but sometimes it drops to about 35 fps I tried messing around with the settings without any luck any suggestions?

Alright sorry, CPU - Intel Core I3 m370 2,30ghz Quad core, ATI HD 5650 6gb Ram, Windows 7 Ultimate
Latest Version 1.00

I'm using all the default settings at the time and sometimes the game runs at 60 frames per seconds

I am playing from an ISO the game is Wipeout Fusion

what do the ee% & gs % say when you get slowdowns ?

EE is at 99% and GS is at 70% Extra: VU is at 70-90%

Your cpu (which is a dual core with 2 logical threads per core btw) is the bottleneck here. You can try increasing speedhacks but I cant guarantee that will help enough. 2.3GHz is weak overall for pcsx2, and unfortunately there isnt any turbo boost functionality for your cpu, so your only options are to try overclocking or upgrading.

I dont think that intel can launch an i3 with quad core..watever try ee to 1 and vu to 2...may be help for u..
