Slow Gta Vice City Stories and Some Game Bugs

Hi, i have problems with some games playing with this emulator, My last problem is the dark PJ texture with the Dragon Ball Z BT2





Totally indisfrutable and some lags in some scenes, So i need to fix it please someone a serious guy

Then in Gta Vice City Stories playing PAL version, In some camera places i have 24-30 FPS:



The DBZ run in a propely speed like 50-60 FPS, how can a grafic-stupid game like Vice City Stories run more slowly than a big 3D game, i dont know

I have very nice and Modern gamer PC, here is the components:

Pross: AMD A6 6400-K APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3,90 GHZ
Graphic: AMD Radeon HD 8570 + 8470D Dual Graphics 6190 MB
RAM: 8 GB - 7,33 Can Be Used
HDD: 1 TB Sata
Windows 8.1

Scareface 2
Far Cry 3

Kingdom Hearts 2 alredy tested in PCSX2 and running 60 FPS

Note: All games are in the original discs converted in a ISO using Ultra ISO, so this is not a piratement so dont try to give me a advice and delette my post
