Slow Speed

Question
My problem is that some of the games I have are running mostly around 30 FPS. At times however (Usually cutscenes) they'll run very smoothly, then when it comes to playing, the FPS drops.

I'm kinda new to running the PCSX2 emulator and I have the 1.0.0 version. The games I have a problem running the emulator with is God of War II, Bully, and Ratchet & Clank. My KH2: Final Mix runs perfectly fine.

This is a list of what my laptop is composed of in case any of these seem to be a problem.
I have a laptop that has a Core i5, I have Windows 8, and unfortunately that's all I know (For now).

If anyone could lend a hand or offer any assistance, I'd be thankful for your help.

God of war and r&c I know are really intensive so it doesn't surprise me you can't run them idk about bully though and I don't know enough about the speedhacks best to just mess around with them and see what works, or check the pcsx2 wiki that helps giving an idea of what specs you need for specific games.

Also posting your entire specs would help

(Here it is. I don't know what I did, but now the game is running slightly faster, staying around 50 FPS)

If you havent already try activating the recommended speed hacks and mtvu (under emulation settings)

For your gsdx settings play around with 2 - 3x native resolution.

Be careful recommending anything with EE cycle rate and VU cycle stealing set to 3. The are very few games these hacks are recommended for, and they can break or cause problems in a lot of games. If you have to use them, use them lightly.

EE cycle and (especially) VU cycle steal are known to give false FPS readings and massive slowdowns if abused. My advice, never touch either of those, or if you MUST only set them over 1 each.
